Russian Azerbaijani bidirectional dictionary

Both in Azerbaijan and in its internet arena Russian is actively being used and has a great influence. Beta version of the introduced dictionary contains overall 50 000 words and phrases; 10 000 in Russian Azerbaijani and 40 000 in Azerbaijani Russian respectively.
